404. No explosive shall be used if its original wrapping or container does not bear, legibly printed or marked, the following information:
(1)  the word “EXPLOSIFS”;
(2)  the familiar name of the explosive;
(3)  the date of manufacture;
(4)  for dynamite, its freezing point;
(5)  for underground mines, the class of the blasting fumes.
